I thought you supported the Citizens United decision? That, along with 2 other SCOTUS decisions made political bribery constitutional. Am I remembering that incorrectly?
Constitutional isn’t a synonym for a perfect system. There are certainly legitimate down sides to allowing everyone to own a gun as well.
Oh and there is a difference between spending money to get your political speech heard and buying a politician or specific action by a politician.

The 9 black robes make that determination. The ideology that supports the current decisions is in line with the conservative position on both of those matters.
In the past, IIRC, you have supported the money = speech and Corps= persons, positions.

Note I do not and did not support a quid pro quo for that spending. Any more then I support murdering someone with a gun.

Dark money is what is keeping Pubs in power in many states, and at the federal level.
They can’t win on their ideas.
When you support laws and/or SCOTUS decisions that enable those things to occur, you are supporting those outcomes.
Both can be fixed with good legislation…but…one party refuses to even acknowledge there are problems.
Well that is an amazing assertion considering we have spent every minute Biden has been in office accusing him of accepting bribes lol. Republicans are also not notorious for being soft on murder.

Is designating money as speech, black or white? There are already limits on speech. So there is already gray area.
