Neither Trump nor Biden own these people. The lab coats in the bureaucracy are presenting options and will make recommendations according to the current situation when asked. They will then rationalize their recommendations when required to.
No different than when Fauci told us we didnāt need masks or the lab coats were screaming for ventilators.
Whether it ever happens or not is irrelevant; it is an option and it is on the table.
