No I’m not and the articles I’ve already listed laid it out complexly.
The Loan Package was already in there, the push back came when they wanted an additional 10bn in grants.
It blew up completely when Dem’s and the PO tried adding an additional 75bn in PO funding to cover their long existing problems with their pension funds.
