You’re the only one discussing medicare.

Wouldn’t know, I was off in the real world where people actually know a thing or two about what time it is.

Um, no. We are are discussing socialism, ex: medicare for all

I’d be down with stop contributing today, catch those nearing retirement (say 60+) under current benefit, and let me fend for myself. You can keep what I contributed.

That would be consistent with the anti socialism stance

Yes. They are voting out of fear. They are voting to beat Trump. Desperately searching for a wrecking ball to knock the train off the tracks.

The best they could come up with was an incoherent kid sniffer.

They will fall into line when the shepherds call them.

They are doing the exact same thing they accused conservatives of doing when they voted for Trump to keep the hag out of the White House.

They are not better.

Considering the Democrats lost their credibility when they choose to lie to the American people about Trump colluding with the Russians plus the freaks funded Obama’s spygate.

They are the anti-American party.

This is a fact and we know what those fears were too, but they would never admit it.

This is a funny question because the GOP has been voting out of fear for decades…hell there is quite a bit of fear voting from everyone on both sides of the political spectrum. Fear is absolutely the biggest factor that is driving voting…
fear of socialism
fear of racism/racist
fear of capitalism
fear of Marxism
fear of communism
fear of Kenyans
fear of Islam
fear of Marxists/socialist/communist, Islamic elitist Kenyans who are uppity Negros
fear of immigration
fear of people of color
fear of going to hell for voting for a particular candidate
fear of believing someone is going to take something from you
fear of sharing power
fear of losing power
fear of others gaining wealth
fear of losing wealth
fear of change
fear of truth
fear of facts
I mean the list is long as it relates to fear voting. The sad part about it, some of these fears never come to pass.

The real sad part is, this isn’t about republicans. It’s about the dems fear of losing to Trump. But if hiding that fear behind another topic is preferable, then have at it.

of course you’re missing the point you, can’t say one side have fear without saying the other side have the same types of fears.

all your fault

The point is in the op. One from your side was saying your side is voting based on fear, and that’s a bad strategy. You brought in the mask.

I don’t have a side.
I’m stating that there is a measure of fear displayed by both. See the problem, you all pointing out the issues of the other side without the pointing out the issues on the side you and other’s prefer. I expect as much since this board lack political balance

Cry me a river. Your efforts to change the subject are transparent. Is that all you got?

Not changing the subject. Stating a fact and just because you don’t like it doesn’t make it any less factual.
Cry your own river

Both?

No tears here. I’ve gotten what I confidently voted for.

Michael Moore is acting out of fear. He knew at this time that the votes he endorsement he picked up from Klobuchar and Buttigieg was going to hurt Sanders…and it did. I believe that votes for Biden are a vote against Socialism and against the heavy hand of Bloombergesque style of governing like his soft drink tax. People remember stuff like that.
