Another example of how "follow the money" explains government policy?

Cheap rapid testing could greatly reduce the spread of COVID. Instead the FDA is severely limiting their use.

Do we have the best FDA that Big Pharma can buy?

Not just the FDA, the entire field of medicine.

True. The FDA definitely seems to prefer expensive, proprietary treatments and devices over generic, inexpensive.

The slow walk on approving inexpensive testing kits means that millions of people will get the disease unnecessarily. Vaccines do little prevent infection or transmission, so the proposed vaccine mandates will not stop the spread.

The proposed Biden mandates require that only unvaccinated workers get tested weekly. Restricting testing increases the profits for the test manufacturers and the vaccine makers while doing little to stop the spread. A win-win-win for Big Pharma.
