Andrew McCabe: 25th Amendment was discussed by Justice Department to remove Trump from office

I did…it was pointed out to you that trump does and since you were proven wrong you pivoted and went with your quailier argument…attempting to make more difficult for someone to be right…

Well yes there actually is…

None of the indictments have anything to do with illegality of those meetings.

Being in touch with Russians is not collusion nor is it a crime.

If it were every democrat running for POTUS, and quite a few running for congress in 2016 would be behind bars as well.

Tell that to the people going to prison because they lied about the existence of those meetings.

Next it’ll be: “Can you even prove ONE time Trump himself was in a meeting with Putin at 3 PM on a Tuesday?”

Exactly…now that youve seen it you cant unsee it

Talk to the whole country instead of just his supporters like he does at his rallies.

We’re not talking about isolated incidents, as I’m sure you know. When you have the number of contacts the Trump campaign had with the Russians and the suspicious change in the Republican platform (not to mention the Russians who were at the RNC), you have plenty of reasons to suspect criminal activity. Which is being rightly investigated.

You misunderstand.

The right will come out in MASSES to protest any such attempt. The left - which has a propensity for violent protest - will counter-protest and become violent.

The right will then defend themselves and we will have blood in the streets.

Nah… but this will be the story you run with regardless

It’s amazing to me the mental gymnastics required to both play at being tough guys, and also simultaneously whine about how persecuted you are.

Who’s whining?

I was asked why there would be blood in the streets at an attempt to remove Trump from office using the 25th with a poltical reason, rather than for incapacitation.

I gave the answer.

I have huge guns! But delicate hands like a fluffy bunny

No, what you did was vaguely threaten “blood on the streets” - and then immeditely couch your fantasy civil war in “the other side will start it, because they’re the evil persecutors”.

Can it please be beer instead? Beer sounds better.

I didn’t “vaguely threaten” anything.

I stated what I believe WILL HAPPEN if someone tries to use the 25th for anything but mental or physical incapacitation. I have no power to get people to protest, much less be violent, so how could I threaten to have it?

The fact the right wing protesters are RARELY violent but left wing protesters are frequently violent is just the way it is.

But the right will absolutely protest against an attempt to remove the President using the 25th - unless he is either physically or mentally unable to hold office. And they will do it in the millions, all over the country.

M

And then everybody will die in the streets, because liberals? I’m just trying to follow the plot of this movie.

You’re asking the wrong side. It’s the left that susually starts getting violent.

M

No, this is what you fantasize will happen.
