Analysis: Senate tilting red, House blue for 2024

Democrats got some good news:

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/trump-s-preferred-candidate-just-won-the-ohio-gop-senate-primary-and-democrats-are-thrilled/ar-BB1kbISB?ocid=msedgntp&pc=LCTS&cvid=ae8dac2c919f4d4dbd186ac66cfc1f2c&ei=24

They did just catch a major break.

Dems continue to bankroll MAGA. It worked in 2022.

what complete nonsense. Trump will win OH easily, and you think having a non Trump supporting candidate would be better for the OH GOP? Who that votes for Trump will not also vote for his chosen candidate?

Paper Ballots cast with voters showing their identification on Election Dayā€¦what a good idea.

Sadly that ship has sailed.

Why do you think the Biden bunch and Merrick garland are so opposed to common sense like voter IDā€¦

Republicans need to look at all the ways democrats bank votes before Election Day and learn to do it better.

Itā€™s crap I agree but those are now the rules so we might just as well play by them.

Personally Iā€™m not making any predictions, nonetheless this is the candidate that the Democrats wanted:

Furthermore, we saw that in the swing states in the last elections that every Trump endorsed candidate lost. Currently Iā€™m not sure if OH considered a swing state as it leans Red, nonetheless J.D. Vance had to spend a lot of money and sweat it out (till the end) to win in 2022. Moreno is going up against an incumbent in Sherrod Brown, whom I believe is relatively popular. This could be a toss up.

They use the machines to switch votes as demonstrated in Court. They use mules to harvest ballets as shown.

Thatā€™s the norm currently.

That logic is not always sound.

In 2004, George W. Bush easily carried the state of Indiana.

However, the Senate candidate whom he endorsed and who had previously worked in his administration was equally as easily defeated by a Democratic incumbent who did not even bother to campaign.

Trump endorsed JR Majewski in Ohio in 2022 and he lost.

Trump is a down ballot kiss of death.

Trump has the personality. The ones down from him lack that. Voters arenā€™t attracted.

Thatā€™s not what it is.

Iā€™d agree its a toss up. It would be a toss up no matter which republican won the primary. How do you think it would go for the Trump disparaging candidate in the general? You think the Trump voters would vote for him? Not nominating the Trump candidate was a guarantee of losing.
