Indeed, from what I’ve read, predominantly Black communities in Minneapolis are worried that this might actually pass and the police force will become even less effective at fighting rising crime in the city. The majority of Defund the Police supporters here are well-to-do white liberals who have never experienced real crime or needed to call the cops. Defund the Police = liberal white privilege.

Last I saw only in the 25% range of black voters wanted to reduce the police force, this is driven by white knight progressives.

Is that number a coincidence in that about one third of black men end up with a felony conviction sometime in their lives?
