America is closed for businesses - thank you Democrats! šŸ˜

Itā€™s not like this isnā€™t well understood.

Quarantine.

Use social distance and home delivery.

We allā€¦most of usā€¦know this now.

Age of Coronavirus Deaths

We are collecting and analyzing the data from all US States. In the meantime, below we show the data provided by New York City Health as of April 14:

The goal was to ā€œflatten the curveā€. Mission accomplished Mr. President, letā€™s get back to work!

Funny, didnā€™t happen last year, or the year before that, or the year before that, or the year before thatā€¦

Diabetes, Lung Disease, Cancer, Immunodeficiency, Heart Disease, Hypertension, Asthma, Kidney Disease, and GI/Liver Disease.

What percent of the population has one of these underlying conditions? Thatā€™s a huge risk pool.

Needless to say some of these overlap in which people have more than one. Without the use of google because I know someone is searching right now in order to answer your question, the percentage could very well be 20%- 25% of the country.

Thatā€™s my point, and there is also a large pool of people in which those conditions are as yet undiagnosed.

Having only one of those doesnā€™t put you in the highest levels of risk; it barely elevates you above the average.

Read whatā€™s posted and the studies that have been done so far on co morbidity factors.

No there isnā€™t. Most of those require medical mgmt or you become a frequent flier at the ER.

Only one of those includes people who are frequently undiagnesed until it becomes serious which is hypertension which would be discovered on your first trip to the Dr or ER for treatment of the others.

Well, youā€™re just wrong about that.

Then by all means show me to be wrong with actual facts instead of your usual load of nothing.

How about you show your work for once .

Wait.

This is the data I have been looking for.

In NYC of 6839 fatalities there were 137 with no known underlying medical conditions.

Let that sink in for a while.

Only 2% of fatal cases were of people with no known medical issue.

:stethoscope:

Yes it would be nice instead of asking others to prove a negative

For once?

If you want to argue those conditions donā€™t require medical management by all means give it your best effort.

Hypertension untreated is a death sentence.

Diabetes untreated is a death sentence.

COPD is a death sentence with or without treatment but treatment extends your life by years or decades.

Which of these conditions putting people at high risk donā€™t require medical management?

Sounds about right. Unfortunately they wonā€™t be autopsied to see what actually killed them unless there were suspicious circumstances surrounding their deaths.

It isnā€™t a negative.

These are among the leading causes of death in the US even if you have only one of them.

Hey buddy, I work in Oregon. Thereā€™s next to nothing being shut down. The State isnā€™t really enforcing anything. The governor is just trying to get some face time, as usual. State police have already stated publicly they arenā€™t going to go out and arrest people for violating her stay at home order. They donā€™t have the resources, for a start.

well thats good to hear if true

across the country leftist mayors and governors are taking advantage of this playing out their total ā€œdo as i sayā€ leftist dictator fantasies

i would hope itā€™d be a wake up call for anyone who doubted what the communist loving left is all about

Seriously, Iā€™ve been driving between Vancouver WA and Tualatin OR for work for well over a month since the COVID stuff started. 45 min commute even with the lighter traffic (usually its twice that) and I havenā€™t been pulled over once, in either State. And even if I did, I got a special pass from my employer giving me clearance to be on the road. But like I said, Iā€™ve never been pulled over in order to need to use it.
