Activist Judge Hannah Dugan Convicted

This insane leftist is probably just the beginning of those about to face well deserved justice.

“ The case inflamed tensions over Trump’s immigration crackdown, with his administration branding Dugan an activist judge and Democrats countering that the administration was trying to make an example of Dugan to blunt judicial opposition to the operation.”

And? Didn’t Democrats put hundreds in jail for trespassing from January 6? Now all of a sudden enforcing the law to make an example is bad?

I’d list that charge on 34 pages and call her a felon 34 times.

acquitted on another charge.

5 years in prison max. and will prolly lose her judgeship.

She’s been convicted…For now. But that’s not to say some lib judge won’t step in and toss the conviction. Because ya know nobody is above the law. I’ll believe it when in 6 months she’s still locked up.

They may set aside sentencing. The conviction sticks. She cannot be a judge.

An actual felony at that.

Yeah that’s some serious double standard

You cannot guarantee that.

I wouldn’t bet on it.

I think this one will. She won’t be sentenced and will no longer be a judge. She can retire quite well at 66 and do estate law.

The reason I think it will stick is that she really embarrassed the facade of impartiality that judges like to wear.

She probably won’t even be a lawyer anymore. People have lost licenses for less.

Good. A judge has no business being a judge when she breaks the law like this

I’m not betting on it. But what I said stands. I’ll believe it after she’s been in prison for about 6 months. Libs protect libs. It happens nearly every day.

And law license
