A Judgeship bill (of sorts) just passed the Senate, hopefully the House can pull their heads out of their behinds for 10 seconds and pass it as well

Text of S. 3998, sponsored by Senator Cruz and which would make the 10 current temporary judgeships into permanent judgeships. It passed the Senate by unanimous consent and has full bipartisan support.

The House can and should pass this by unanimous consent.

Note that this will NOT give Biden any new judgeships to fill. It merely makes these 10 temporary Judgeships permanent. These judgeships were originally created between 1990 and 2002 and have been extended year by year ever since.

Baby steps, but minor progress nonetheless.

The people with their head up their asses are the Senators of course.

They (house) have a legit border bill that Shumer will not allow to even be considered.

A bill that would help close the border rather than perpetuate a permanent open border.
