Don’t we already have a child tax credit?
That’s ongoing. This proposal is an initial seed bonus.
I’m all for helping americans with child care costs, but I don’t think we need more than one way to do it.
I don’t think this is a very serious proposal, but would everyone get it? Would millionaires?

On one hand, this might help the pro-life movement- women might be more likely to keep their baby and maybe pregnancy resource centers and family planning centers would get more funding.
On the other…you know how there are some parents who simply have children or recieve children from foster care simply for a tax credit? The abusive parents? I don’t want more of them around, and I don’t want to give them more ammunition.
Don’t get me wrong- most foster parents want to help children, but there is a small percentage who simply do it for extra money. These parents are usually irresponsible and often abusive.

When an entertainer isn’t immediately in the spotlight, they’ll say just about anything to get back in it. 
it will, and replaced by robots…mechanophilia will be rampant.
