40 people killed at Mosque shooting in New Zealand

I keep waiting for someone…anyone start shooting back. Even after he went outside and shooting in the street around the building before he went back in no cop, no nothing.

Then he went back in to shoot any survives and then walked back out to car and drove off.

Bizarre if you ask me.

What nutters are you talking about? Those of us who believe in personal freedoms. Yeah. Crazy?

No worries, friend. You’ve offfered a post-retirement smoke. Even if it’s only an online gesture it makes you a superstar in my book.

Lots of credit to the one Muslim in that mosque who, in the face of extreme danger, charged the shooter in a heroic attempt to stop him.

I say give that man a virgin.

The quiet was especially unnerving to me. Apart from the gunshots, so little noise on the streets or inside the mosque, throughout the entirety of the attack. It was eerie.

Yeah…it was somewhat spooky.

In Texas I’m sure that guy wouldn’t have lasted long.

Right or wrong I’m not sure which is scarier. The shooter or not having the ability to stop the shooter. Double edge sword IMO.

Whilst I think that there is a line which should not be crossed; given the disgusting comments by the soon to be ex-Senator for Queensland one should accept that the actions of eggboy shows the contempt of most Australians and New Zealanders hold this contemptible and poor excuse for a politician.

So we are both right.

I don’t mind sharing the limelight with you.

Allan

A terrorist in New Zealand successfully influenced the policy of Australia. They’re gonna line up, bend over, and beg for more of their rights to be taken away. And then they’ll finally be safe. lol

6ft which Australian policy are you referring to? Also, I am still awaiting for you to provide the post with respect to self-defence.

I must’ve missed what ever it is you were requesting from me. I appreciate you waiting for me. That’s flattering as well.

You were demonstrating a significant lack of knowledge of Australians self-defence laws.

I note also you did not explain what policy you were referring to.

Given it is 2:34 am here perhaps you might as a matter of urgency promptly respond.

I was? That’s weird, only you’ve been spouting that nonsense.

Well, considering we allowed terrorists to set our foreign policy for 20 years, with a glorified field trip to Mesopotamia, and got us the patriot act to boot, I don’t think we have much higher ground to stand on.

Sure we do, our mountains are way bigger than anything those downunder slack-jaws have!

I wouldn’t say “successful” unless his goal was tighter gun control.

A success for the government is a success.

6ft how does one put it? You made unsubstantiated comments that were fundamentally wrong. Now you obfuscate because you are unprepared to acknowledge your ignorance of our laws. You cast aspersions about the character of Australians and significantly do not have the courage of your convictions by providing supporting evidence.

eggboy showed far more courage…

Okay, but not for the shooter.

The government was not letting a crisis go to waste.

Which government are you referring to?
