26yo Child Molester gets 2yrs in Juvenile Facility

Complex problem and you call for a simple solution.

Not gonna fly.

Even your article you posted, this person did not express the desire to be a woman until after they were arrested.

It’s not complicated if you follow the science instead of fee fees.

Why is it complicated?

If you have your junk, you go to male prison. It’s that simple.

Sounds simple to me.

HE deserves…he has a penis therefore HE is biologically male. What he supposedly identifies as is irrelevant.

It’s relevant. You don’t want it to be relevant.

And set up for sexual assault in prison,

Did you not read my link.

Allan

Dude everyone is at risk of sexual assault in prison.

Even the manliest men can and do get raped in the pen.

Being trans doesn’t make them special in that regard.

Happens every day, weak taken advantage of by the strong.

Here is a crazy idea…don’t molest kids and you won’t go to prison for it.

Hell even the strong guys get raped. Most prison rapes are gang rapes. Five or six dudes jump you in the shower.

True, of course no matter where HE goes HE will be in protective custody. Child molesters are not very popular in prison.

Isn’t this exactly what HE did when HE took advantage of the weak 10 year old girl?

Made up bull crap.

Other than he/she deserves to be in adult lockup, that’s ■■■■■■■■■

Maybe it’s the latest woke scam. A guy gets convicted of rape so he claims he is really a lesbian woman so they will put him in prison with sex starved women.

Not the point.

No it’s not. If they can put an 18 yr-old boy in a men’s prison where they might be brutalized, they can put a 26 yr-old man who thinks he’s a woman in a men’s prison where they might be brutalized. Or, if that upsets one’s sensitivities, put them in a prison of their “own kind.”. Regardless, it’s not hard to understand that putting any adult in a juvenile prison is flat out wrong.

It always “flew” in the past. What changed?

What does that have to do with identifying as a woman? How is “she” any more at risk than any other new inmate?
