Texas Democrat Beto O’Rourke is heading to the University of Wisconsin at Madison in the coming days; sparking new speculation the failed senate candidate is gearing up to take-on President Trump in 2020.

“Potential 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke is coming to the UW-Madison campus Friday for a meet-and-greet with students and faculty, a closely guarded event that will be the former Texas congressman’s first visit to a key state in the battleground, industrial Midwest,” reports the Wisconsin State Journal.

O’Rourke stunned voters in Texas and across the country Friday morning; telling MSNBC he would “take down” the pivotal ‘border wall’ between El Paso, Texas and Juarez, Mexico.
