Giuliani is swirling the drain. This was a loser from the beginning. But at least Kerns kept it normal. Rudy is making this entire thing a complete joke. It’s amazing!

What did the examination show? That the ballots were marked and signed in accordance with the rules, or that they were not cast and submitted by a fraudulent voter? Did the pole workers have the means to determine if the ballot was cast by the person who signed the attached affidavit and that that person was a legitimate living voter?
It’s murky honestly. That two voters were not allowed to cure their ballots in GOP counties but voters in Democratic counties were allowed to do so. Equal/Unequal
Fraud is not alleged in this complaint.

It’s after 6:00 EST and one has to wonder if Giuliani is starting to have withdrawals. The technical glitch earlier was unexpected and this thing likely would’ve been over by now. He seems to be devolving.

The defense argument is getting repetitive. The judge is looking for more in depth answers.

Absolutely. But they have nothing else. This Judge is skeptical obviously. He is going to dismiss this. I say 90% certainty right now.
The arguments are weak and the redress sought would only serve to disenfranchise hundreds of thousands. It’s a non-starter.
Judge is confusing Rudy by asking him about strict standard of review vs rational standard of review.
Rudy gives the same answer for both, as well as each of the last handful of questions.

Plaintiff’s have until 5pm tomorrow to submit a brief in opposition to motion to dismiss.
