I doubt anything will happen as I am sure there is a free speech aspect to it, but in the end it just sows more division to an already increasingly divided country.

What could happen and what really should happen is that she should be censured by the Senate. They could take it up as a vote right after the acquittal while they have all the members present. If mitch does that I will donte to his reelection campaign.

A transcript of actual speech (to capture off teleprompter remarks) would also have been entered into the offical record.

I never said she did, I am saying the optics looks bad she shouldn’t be ripping up anything with her head down the whole time during the SOTU. I don’t think the country as a whole wants this to become the new norm start off with investigations, then impeachment, then boycotting the speech or sitting up there ripping papers.
