18 U.S.C Section 371

And here is the key piece:

Cohen is ready to testify that he and others were present when Trump was informed of an offer of material detrimental to Clinton ahead of the June 2016 meeting.

That means he is going to finger other witnesses who will all have to make the same decision to either lie under oath and face perjury charges…or tell the truth.

Trump and co. are in a serious pickle.

Also seriously problematic?

Don Jr.'s testimony to the Senate Judiciary Committee…

Q: Did you inform your father about the meeting or the underlying offer prior to the meeting?

A: No I did not.

Either Cohen or Trump is lying. Considering their track records, I would not even consider the testimony of Cohen. Cohen’s alleged evidence (his secret tape recordings of his clients) will result in his disbarment and provided no evidence to prove his allegations against Trump. Cohen has proven himself to be a liar and ended up destroying his life for empty promises.

Why would he be in a serious pickle? If they did not contract to have the hacks done, they committed no crime. Trump can lie all he wants, as long as he doesn’t lie like idiot Bill Clinton.

If Jr. lied under oath before Congress, then, yea, he would be in trouble. He would have to wait in line behind all those Obamanites who lied under oath before Congress.
