So I asked my wife. I said nothing about the event, nothing about the video. She is unaware of the rumors you see here about Biden and children. I wanted a woman’s opinion unsullied by me or anyone else so I brought up the full video and asked her to watch without any comment from me.

Her position was that Biden’s grab of the arm was inappropriate. No woman, no matter their age, wants to feel restrained by a man. She did not get the pedo vibe at all, as she said that Biden comes from an older generation where such engagement with kids was not considered anything untoward. She did say that he seems out of step with today’s culture in how woman want to be treated physically and hopes he changes that.

So that surprised me a bit but I thought it was very informative.

I agree. Biden makes creepy statements or gestures. I wouldn’t want any dude I didn’t know grabbing my daughters arm. Just like I don’t want that same person touch their hair either.

I’ve had random old woman touch my kids. I don’t think that is appropriate either.
