In order to protest DOGE downsizing of the Government, 21 apparently Irony challenged staffers… quit!

certainly did, and yes, its due to downsizing. Thats what “dismantle critical public services,” is. I’ll add it is not their job to determine which services are “critical”, it is their job to support whichever services the President deems critical. Something these brainiacs apparently missed.

They found out they can’t work from home,
and that if they are caught working multiple jobs they might face criminal charges.
But if they leave they get 8 months pay
But I am sure those factors are totally unrelated.

So far, thousands of federal bureaucrats have been fired or laid off, and yet the government is still running. 
How IS that possible? It’s almost as if there were way too many…
Fortunately for them thousands of vegetable picking and construction, and other such useful and critical jobs are becoming available daily. They should be able to find a new job very quickly.
