But if its two private parties and one’s being deceitful the govt should stay out right?

But this and but that …

We are talking about folks in government meddling in the people’s inalienable right to make their own healthcare decisions and choices.

Why do they cloak their real desire with the phrase “single-payer”, which really means government controlled, politicized and provided healthcare?

So you don’t want protection from fraud. Got it.

No it isn’t, fraud eliminates that consent.

Nope, it’s on both parties to detect fraud.

One of the dumbest comments ever posted on this or any other forum.

Congrats.

Don’t look at me, talk to john.

What about unions?

I don’t want folks in government meddling in my healthcare decisions and choices under the guise of “protecting me”.

Our country is infested with a Fifth Column movement at MSNBC, NEW YORK TIMES, CNN, WASHINGTON POST, ATLANTIC MAGAZINE, New York Daily News,ETC., and their countless Yellow Journalists, who work hand in hand with the Democrat Party socialist/communist leadership to undermine and destroy our free market, free enterprise system.

What exactly was the issue?
That said, under single payer there would only be one payer and not both Medicare and Medicaid. In addition, depending on the issue, its probably fixable. Don’t throw the baby out with the bathwater and all.

"Competition in US health insurance markets is low and has declined in recent years. Insufficient competition is often assumed to increase plan premiums or decrease benefit quality, but the latter has been difficult to establish empirically. Moreover, why health insurance competition is so low is poorly understood. As recent health insurance expansions rely on private insurers to provide coverage, understanding why health insurance competition is low and how this affects consumers is important for policy. "

"Half of all states had commercial health insurance markets that were less competitive in 2017 than during the previous year, based on data from a newly updated study of competition in the U.S. health insurance industry issued by the American Medical Association (AMA). "

"Further analysis suggests that in order to get lower rates, employers must be willing to change health plans. A plan switch is a “tough sell” in good times because employees must identify in-network providers, transfer medical records, and figure out the claims reimbursement system. The data reveal that employers are “especially reluctant to drop health plans when profitable, a finding that supports the hypothesis that profits act to raise employers’ switching costs.” "

And scum in Washington will dictate what our healthcare decisions and choices are.

Why do you want to politicize the people’s decisions and choices regarding their healthcare need?

This healthcare crap began under Johnson’s Great Society. And now, part of the reason our federal government is bankrupted [$126 trillion counting unfunded liabilities], is because our federal government has usurped powers not delegated, i.e., social security, healthcare, education, etc.

They are not “liberals” or “progressives”. The Democrat Party Leadership is infested with notoriously evil communists and socialists who delude, lure and addict our nations needy with free government cheese used to buy votes while keeping the needy enslaved and dependent.

Like making abortion illegal?

Everything is politicized.

Maybe it won’t be the scum in Washington… maybe it will be the scum in your state capital.

Do you ever run out of off topic deflections?

Yup! Why is the so called “pro choice” crowd so eager to have government control our decisions and choices regarding our healthcare needs?

I have no problem with federalism. If a state decides to enforce outrageous control over the people, the people can move to a state which embraces and protects the people’s inalienable rights.

But that is not what our communist/socialist democrat leaders want. They want total control over the people in every state in the Union, and ignore the defined and limited powers as enumerated beneath Article 1, Section 8, Clause 1, which limits powers with a list of particulars.

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, Article IV, Section 4, U.S. Constitution . . . not a communist/socialist democracy!

Do you ever stop calling posts that point out the fallacies of your posts, “deflections”?

Because the private market cares more about money than people.

If a country decides to enforce outrageous control over the people, the people can move to a country which embraces and protects the people’s inalienable rights.

You lost me here. There are no communist democratic leaders.
