so we are still selling it to America, who then sell it to China.
the dream of pipelines to the west/east coast that will never happen.

No surprise here. The hypocrisy is expected. Jbiden kills the pipeline from US benefiting while at the same time, he is promoting a pipeline to one of our enemies. He is helping the Taliban by promoting a trans-Afghanistan and Pakistan pipeline to India.

since when did America dictate domestic policy of Afghanistan.

You do know that this deal with our “enemies” was formed during the last administration… right?

You do know the last administration didn’t kill the pipeline here to “save the planet”… right?

In any shakedown first there is the threat, then the payola.

And the Left? They’ll talk up Hunter’s experience with oil companies.

Pelosi’s kid will maybe be there too.

Now what big Democrat supporter owns the trains and trucks they’ll transport the oil on with no pipeline?

From what I see, the pipeline is funded by a private company, TC Energy, and the government of Alberta.

US taxpayers are not on the hook, but the federal government has to allow use of imminent domain for the easement.

If only they had gotten Hunter on the board for TC Energy, everything would still be moving forward.

Or if Warren Buffet was a Republican … or didn’t own the railroads?

Yes. Oil trains are dangerous; a fiery oil train crash in Quebec killed 47 in 2013.

The excuse for cancelling the pipeline is allegedly to reduce greenhouse emissions, but reality appears to be the opposite:

When can we get Hunter on the board? Unlike the case with Ukraine and China, Hunter can even carry on a conversation in the local language in Alberta.

Yes we wasted 7 billion on that pipeline hopefully people with smarten up.

last time I checked Alberta uses CN/CP not BNSF rail cars.

Doubt it. You see who got re-elected this year.

Not to ship oil to the Gulf for refining.

True but they also don’t use BNSF.
so Buffet gain nothing he is just a boogyman.

I hope wonder boy doesn’t buy another billion dollar failed pipeline to keep Alberta from crying.

I don’t know who is more annoying Quebec or Alberta at this point.

Correction … a very rich boogeyman … and soon to be richer.

why would he be richer, less then 3% of crude oil from Canada is transported via rail, and none of it uses his railroad.

3% is a whole lot of oil and without the pipelines how else will it get to market?
