Especially in light of the view that it is simply impossible to define a woman. Also, to do this for all sports at all levels. Simply state that no homosapiens who qualify to play in the A league of a sport can play in the B league of that sport.
Most sports should just move to a three-tier system: a men’s league, a women’s league, and a league for anyone (no gender identification required).

The argument was already made. They are called Romeo and Juliet laws. They exist in many estates including red ones. Nobody is calling a 19 yo dating a 16 yo a pedo. Stop.
Agreed. It’s the wrong word anyway. The correct terms are ephebophilia for late adolescents (such as the example) and hebephilia for early pubescents (11-14).

I don’t think those are applicable either because those are paraphilic and primary. Meaning their primary target of attraction are those age groups. But i not a psychologist so i am not sure.
