This is why services like this kind of scare me. Person orders food from a service, their driver goes and find the food isn’t ready waiting for him and ends up in jail.
But when told he would have to wait for the order, Delellis allegedly walked outside and picked up a “3 foot in height hard plastic ash tray” and swung it at the restaurant’s front doors. Delellis, seen at right, then struck a male employee in the chest with the ash tray.
Ended up with two charges siting in the county lock up. Bet ther person who ordered food never got it (hopefully the app gave them a refund).
I’m almost afraid to think what would happen to a customer who didn’t give him a good tip for bringing food to them.
