Yeah it looks like the Starbucks green apron is the only item where an employee doesn’t get a choice. Maybe the Starbucks Pride tees were one uniform choice, but not the only one for tees.
It’s difficult to say one way or the other if this woman has a case.

The article says “… management informed her that she was being let go because “her comportment was not in compliance with Starbucks’ core values.”” Nothing there about performance or proselytizing.
I’m going to use “comportment” in a sentence this week.

Remember, many Starbucks locations are licensed.
Places like Starbucks don’t give you a reason when they fire you. This sounds like bull ■■■■ to get paid.
