I count 81 gun incidents on 5/22/18. This is one of them.
Her injuries were not grave. According to the linked article, she was grazed by bullet.
Perhaps the shooter was a convicted felon or someone otherwise forbidden from possessing a firearm. I wish the victim well, but this still doesn’t make me against the Second Amendment.
It should be illegal to indiscriminately fire a gun at people.
