This woke agenda criticism is way overboard. It’s not objectionable. It’s harmless. It might even do some good. But it’s the fad of the day. Just like “multiple intelligences” was the fad of the day years ago.

They can do what they want. Not my department. But our enrollment is swelling, wokeness or not. All faculty received a $1,500 bonus this month as an appreciation for our work to keep school in-person all year. Everybody here has been working overtime, the “woke” and the “unwoke.”

You are a private school. Yes. If parents reject your curriculum they will move their children elsewhere.

None of them reject our curriculum. Our experience is quite the opposite. But, OK, maybe you can talk them out of it. Good luck.

I sent my child to private school. As a single mom.

Yeah me.

Why? Because I didn’t like the curriculum of the public schools.

It took a lot of sacrifice on my part. Well, not really. Just giving up new cars and vacations because I did not care about the appearance of keeping up with the Joneses. Ya, know. Some folks have different priorities.

IMO, bring a child into this world and do the absolute best by them.

So, if I didn’t like what I was paying for I could I not chose to pay elsewhere?
