Will the postal union decide the election?

Maybe republican votes glow red in the dark.

Do any areas have a 100% (or close to 100%) vote for one particular party? If there aren’t any such areas, how would the postal workers know which ballot papers to “lose”? Is it plausible that the ballot papers they “lose” actually were not voting for the party they thought?

How often would a person want to post a $100 note in a see-through envelope?

Is there an audit trail of how many ballot papers are received?

Do those postal officers live in the local area? If they do it is reasonable to conclude that they would match the general political bent of the area. Under those circumstances is it reasonable to suspect that such an attempt to “lose” ballot papers would actually happen?

Why would Trump be confined to Trump Tower rather than in a maximum security gaol?

The only absolute certitude is neither you not I will win the election.

So you as a trump voter have a civic duty to show up at the polls and vote on Election Day. That would avoid what you are talking about.

No need for rs to use mail in ballots, in fact the president is demanding it, let’s see how many republicans ditch mail in voting let’s say in Florida. Lol.

Allan

A simple audit trail of how many ballot papers received at the local post office, how many ballot papers were forwarded and how many ballot papers were received at the other end is the very simple solution.

I have no problem showing up in person to vote.

Just like those crowds who got together to protest this USPS ■■■■■■■■ who can’t see how stupid and ironic they are.

From your Postmaster General, just now:

Yep.

Gotta love that in the middle of a global pandemic, cratering economy, and civil unrest, Trump tried to get us all focused on the real pressing matter to the people of the United States : The USPS profit margin. :joy:

The postal service move over half a billion pieces of mail each day. They can handle 30/40 million ballots over the course of week or so.

We seen how camera worked out in Epstein case.

I am in the S.F. Bay Area. My local polling place (3 blocks from my home) will be open for voting on Election Day just as it has been for the 18 years I have been living here.

I wonder if they’ll be able to get enough poll workers to come in.

I expect so. My point was replying to the user saying no polling places in CA will be open on Election Day. I just checked my county’s ROV site to confirm that there will be polling places open that day.

Right, I hear you. I’m just thinking that in my polling place, the average age of the workers is… senior citizen.
