Is there something in those numbers I’m missing because the math doesn’t add up when you consider the average amount of student loan debt. Here is a discussion I had with someone else:

My experience is different being from NJ. Many of the students from my old school would go out of state (which from a financial perspective is stupid) and hence raise their cost by 15-20 grand. I know with many of my students their parents would pay at least some or most of the costs and the students would borrow the rest. Even that number ($30,000) is about $10,000 more cited per student than that 75 billion estimate.
As I believe I pointed out that the 75 billion dollar figure gives an average cost of $5,159 per student, which would be a four year cost of $20,636. Regarding the cost going up if government supplying most of the funding for tuition then it would not be surprising if the schools jacked the cost of tuition to take advantage of that and or the cost of books, fees and housing.

If the rich people movie their money out of the USA(which they will if they have

Then who will the Dem politicians have to tax more to make up for the
rich peoples money not being here? The middle class, and the rest of us suffer!
I’m guessing the Democrats knew that the rich would flea socialist states, and socialist
taxes, and knew that it would ultimately make the middle class suffer.
That’s why they’re doing it. If they can destroy the middle class in this country,
they can ultimately destroy this country a lot freaking faster!
If Republicans don’t do something against Liberal socialists even in mainly controlled liberal states again taxes, this wave will spread like the plague. Or opposite of what
the Dems promised the midterm blue wave was going to look like. lol.
