If Hilary directed those drives to be destroyed AFTER she was subpoenaed for them. She commit obstruction.

If she didn’t, then she has not committed obstruction.

She directed to have the drives wiped 3 weeks after she was subpoenaed for them. She claimed the emails she didn’t turn over were all personal, but there were 14,900 emails in those involving matters from the state department. Only 3 of those were classified in nature - 1 secret, 2 confidential, none of them up-classified.

There had been no shut down if the Congress had approved the money for the wall. And yes, it is patriotism. Who cares about Christmas when MS13 and other criminals are passing the border, being then a real threat in American cities? The priority is to prevent it, not to celebrate Christmas
