Sure you do.

Agreed

Justices always believe they are upholding the Constitution but different interpretations leads to different rulings.

No they don’t. You are living in a fantasy if you believe there are no political activists among justices.

Good for you, and I think no less of you for it. Your post doesn’t negate anything I wrote.

wasn’t negating anything, just not allowing the virtue signalling to go unanswered. I left the party because the establishment was more concerned with appearances than results, apparently you agree with them. good for you. i didn’t vote for trump. was a solid “never trumper”. he earned my vote. Romney and McCain never earned a damn thing from me.

So my opinion is virtue signalling but your opposing opinion is a blow against the establishment? whatever dude. Comeback when you’re less angry at my right to my own opinion.

Ginsberg was a long time ago, politically speaking.

It shows in your own numbers.

If you are calling 4 Republican votes or 9 Republican votes for a more liberal justice “bipartisan”, you have an odd definition of the word.

The sides are firmly dug in now.

No time like the present to fill a supreme court justice spot.

who’s angry? i’m not the one infused with trump hate to the degree it makes me ignore results. the next potus will get 2, 3 or if this one fails maybe 4 scotus nominations. would you like goirsuch/kavanaugh types, or soto/kagen types? results matter

GOP was the only party I ever registered with. Became Independent after the Bush Sr. admin, and have seen no reason to align with either party since.

Numbers don’t lie Jay.

You’re right…they don’t.

Its all the same. What you call political activism is judges judging based on an interpretation of the Constitution you don’t agree with (and vice versa).

Without context or the ability to read a dead woman’s thoughts, I am unable to answer your question.

The Democrats call it bi-partisan if they can get one Republican Senator to flip to their side.

A political version of “The Price is Right”.

@JayJay Pretty solid prediction.
