Guns can fall under the term arms…but arms are not guns…you have the roght to defend yourself…we have the right to regulate those arms…too bad thats how reality works.

All arms are not guns, but all guns are arms. You have the right to keep and bear arms, therefore, you have the right to keep and bear guns along with any their arm you may chose to own. And nowhere, in any English Dictionary, do the words “shall not be infringed” allow for regulation. Regulation, by definition is an infringement. The only part that you have correct is that the Court being complicit in violations of the Constitution by the other branches of Government is a reality.

No it doesn’t. That would definitely be an infringement. To put it into perspective, consider having to register with the Government before you can belong to a church, write a letter to the editor, or refuse to allow police to search your home without a warrant.

Telling the govt that you have a gun and what amounts and types you have in no way impedes getting one.

maybe the 1st amendment only cover religion. Trying to argue that it covers the press is just nitpicking as well.

Or the govt can’t seize your property without a warrent but claiming they can’t search your home is just nitpicking as well.
