A lot of this is being brought on by the WH directly. Many in the press are getting pretty pissed off that the WH keeps issuing flat out lies. Even Sarah baby admitted that she could only report the information she was given.
So it seems that the president lies, he doesn’t like with he is called on them and calls them “fake news”.
And how many times are reports made from information gained from WH “sources” that he calls “fake news” only to have them proven true a short time later?
Who said anything about working at CNN? Republicans should start their own networks instead of complaining about the hiring practices of private businesses. I don’t think Fox “News” should be forced to hire Democrats. Do you?
In 2006, Risen published “State of War: The Secret History of the CIA and the Bush Administration.” One chapter in the book detailed a secret CIA plan — started under the administration of then-President Bill Clinton and supported by the Bush administration — to sabotage Iran’s then-budding nuclear program. (You can read an excerpt of the chapter here at The Guardian.)
if the journalist was publishing a secret CIA op… yeah he should be jailed… sorry
The light of day is like Kryptonite to con men. That’s why, in Donald Trump’s case, he has preached about fake news and now says stuff like this. He does not, in any way shape or form, want a light on him or his businesses.
Yes, as always, most of us got our marching orders about that from none other than the rock-ribbed conservative Obama-haters over at . . . The New York Times editorial page:
Yeah, this is the part of the thread where Cratic tucks tail and runs because he realized Fox and Rush never told him that the “lamestream media” was, indeed, terribly critical of the Obama administration’s treatment of Rosen.
That’s a bunch of crap. Even Fox News played up the liberal criticism of the Obama administration for doing this, from The New York Times editorial page to Keith Olbmermann.
