  • Why is she OK with NYC’s public housing and homeless shelters being filled with illegal aliens when NYC’s needy citizens in her district are going homeless?

  • Why she has called for the defunding of NYC’s Police Department when street crime is skyrocketing out of control in her District and her constituents are being assaulted, robbed, and even killed?

  • Why is she demanding reform of NYC’s excessive bail laws to allow “catch and release” of repeat offenders into her district who will then do harm to her constituents?

  • Why is she demanding student loan debt forgiveness which will ultimately be paid for by her blue-collar constituents who were not privileged to attend college like her?

Well, if you do agree with AOC’s positions, then you cannot be a supporter of our Constitution and federalism as summarized in Federalist No 45:

“The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite. The former will be exercised principally on external objects, as war, peace, negotiation, and foreign commerce; with which last the power of taxation will, for the most part, be connected.

The powers reserved to the several States will extend to all the objects which, in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives, liberties, and properties of the people, and the internal order, improvement, and prosperity of the State.”

For example, and with respect to regulating abortions, I take it you reject our Constitution’s Tenth Amendment and each state and the people therein being free to adopt regulations, if any, regarding abortions. Is that correct?

I take it you also reject our Constitution’s Tenth Amendment when it comes to the personal needs of individuals such as healthcare, education, housing, etc., and you would have the federal government usurp authority over these objects without a delegation of power as outlined under Article V and required by our Constitution. Is that correct?

And what about our Constitution’s command requiring our federal government guaranteeing a “Republican Form of Government” and protecting each of the United States against “Invasion”? Do you support or reject this provision?

Seems to me that Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a card-carrying member of the Democratic Socialists of America, is a threat to our very system of government. And you agree with her positions? Are you also affiliated with the Democratic Socialists of America?

If AOC is reelected you are probably correct about the disappointment among District 14’s voters who have come to realize AOC doesn’t give two twits about her constituents and is more focused on using her office to advance a socialist agenda and Cuban style government upon the people of the United States.

Whether AOC wins her reelection is in the hands of voters in her district. Unlike you, I’m not willing to suggest, at this point in time, they are stupid enough to vote to reelect AOC after her performances the past two years. But what I would like to see is a live, in-person, debate between AOC and Tina Forte so voters have an opportunity to base their decision on the policy differences of each as they are expressed during such a debate, and how each presents themselves in a public forum.

Well, to be truthful, Publius, we have no idea how they would present themselves face to face in a debate on their policy differences. I happen to agree with Tina Forte’s POSITION ON THE ISSUES and believe AOC would not be comfortable having to defend her SOCIALIST AGENDA. Perhaps that is why Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a card-carrying member of the Democratic Socialists of America [SOURCE] will chicken out of having two in-person debates and be challenged into defending her performances during the past two years.

But hey, maybe AOC will surprise us all and accept the challenge to explain and defend her positions and actions to one of her constituents, Tina Forte, who is now running against AOC to represent the good people of New York’s District 14.
