No she will not agree and its not a matter of chickening out there is no demand for a debate nor is there any requirement for a debate.

I used to think debates were important but over the last several years come to the conclusion they do not add any value.

Has any candidate ever lost an election by a refusal to do a debate?

If an election is close with both candidates neck and neck then I can see the value.
