No I haven’t.
But I do have a friend who lives out there. What should I tell them that they don’t know?

And in the case of Democrat run cities … more than you bargained for.
Nope.
It’s more expensive in California because it’s beautiful with nice weather and access to an abundance of natural resources. People dream of living here. People want to live here.
If they didn’t, it would be less expensive to live here. Yay capitalism

So you think rioters destroying the lives and livelyhoods of people is a good thing because they can “pick up the pieces and move on?”
That’s like saying, “It’s good Bob had that massive heart attack because now he can get that bypass operation”

I didn’t say it’s a good thing that rioters destroyed businesses. It’s good that people can rebuild.

I agree. Sadly things happen and it affects people’s lives.
I am glad most could rebuild. As we saw in Minnesota, folks came out the follow day to help clean up. Community coming together.

If the Mayors and Governors had their ■■■■ together, rebuilding wouldn’t have been necessary. “Some people did something”

What denial?
The reason prices are so high in California is because the demand for living there is out stripping supply.

Denial that many if not most Democratic run big cities are cesspools. No amount of glossing it over with “people want to live here” will change that.

You sound like you think riots are natural events like hurricanes and tornados.

Most Republican lead cities are cesspools. See how easy that was
Riots have happened for quite a while when things get to a boiling point.
