He has done nothing close to earn a Nobel Peace price. Him saying, good people on both sides, calling folks from other countries rapist, invoking the term ■■■■ hole countries and inciting a insurrection base on lies and make believe should automatically disqualify him for anything related to peace. The sad thing about this, there are plenty within the white nationalist movement, who seriously believe he should get one.

Who cares if Jan 6 was a one-time event?
Had he not gone on with his ridiculous assault on a valid election, maybe he would have gotten consideration because of the Middle East treaties.
But he flushed it all away because he didn’t learn that lesson that most of us learn at a very young age…that you don’t always get what you want. Sometimes, the answer is no.
But instead of accepting this- he threw a tantrum. And took a goodly part of his supporters along for the ride.

Do not get me wrong, Trump is NOT the role model for family values but his children love him because there was a side that was good. You can admit that or choose to ignore it. The discussion though is what he promoted and he promoted jobs returning to the US. He took on the CCP which if they had their way, would over run the US. He exposed the corrupt internal dealings that were common place in our government. He lowered unemployment and did so for African Americans to a record low. All of these things helped strengthen a family economically. I’ll give you though that from the angle of a family institution, he was not a good role model. That said, politicians in general are not good role models for the family unit. What they promote though through legislation can have a big impact and Trump’s was a positive one on the conservative family.
