I sure as ■■■■ don’t care if we are talking about Democrats like Nancy Pelosi or Republicans like Chuck Grassley, and examples like Bill Pascrell who just recently passed away while still in office. I don’t know if it’s just the type of people that get attracted to these positions and that many have this similar personality trait lusts for this power or that having that power just corrupts so many over time in these positions? Either way, I personally find so many of these people pathetic.
right. nor will they be able to leverage all the crony cash and long time special interests to fund their re-elections which gives them huge advantages
they can stick around as advisors and give million dollar speeches.
it won’t change the political outcome. Voters in SF will still elect the same leftist crap politicians. But you know who will still be there? The staff.
I’m actually considering more the psychology of these politicians particularly those who are around 80 and older who can’t let go of these positions and move on in life.
IMO…there’s no “maybe” about it. This is where “we the people” start. It will have more of a positive impact than any single thing we could do for this nation.
I doubt it will ever happen.
People who are supposed to make it happen would have to vote for it and against them self.
If there were only a few people to get rid of…then maybe, but most of the " serving" ones are fossils them self and there for the selfish reason of enriching them self.
Once they get in it’s like mold and fungus to get rid of them.
