Doesn’t matter…some of girls I had sex with 40 plus years ago walk into my life I may not remember her…until my memory jogs the mind. Even then there is no guarantee.

You said we protect those that lack maturity to consent.

that law seems pretty stiff in Texas.

Yeah but c’mon if a woman you’d never met said you assaulted her and could prove it by your dna, what would you do.
You’ve never met her and your dna can prove it.

i remember all my former lovers. yikes. the curse of a good memory.

i guess the stable genius’s memory is on the fritz.

Allan

If that’s the case you saying you never met her cannot be trusted, since you admit you don’t remember.
Doesn’t mean it didn’t happen, by your own admission. Just you don’t remember.

If she accuse me of raping ■■■■■■■■ her.

Who said they were former lovers?

Of rape? Not my style dear…

Sex tip…when a woman is desperately trying to seek alone time with you…have fun.

Oh…don’t tell her your name and try not to leave any evidence behind.

I guess that’s what happens when the Judge is a personal friend of the Plaintiff’s lawyer.

Not by the Court. The only thing presented in court was the claim of a dress tainted with “unknown” DNA.

I wonder what it’s worth on eBay?

So it wasn’t even court ordered…no wonder why I didn’t hear about it.

How do you explain the dress not being in existence at the time of the alleged incident?

That just goes to show how unremarkable … how forgettable … she was.

Besides, saying “not my type” isn’t constrained to looks. Have you heard her speak? She certainly isn’t my type and I find her appearance (at that age) attractive.

Ah c’mon this is what happens when a jury found E JCarrol did not lie about her claims.

Tell me…can you remember ever guy that pawed at you?

You cad. Every woman likes to think that every man who ever had sex with them will remember them forever.
