The first case did define what he did as sexual battery, but in between both trials Trump countersued her for defaming him. The judge dismissed it on the basis that what she accused him of was “substantially true” and he had raped her.
He explained this in the second case to the jury, that Trump had digitally raped her, and the reason it was referred to as sexual assault was because she couldn’t see if it was his fingers or genitals.

I guess that’s what happens when the Judge is a personal friend of the Plaintiff’s lawyer.

I think it would have a big impact on the case.
If his dna was on the dress, of a woman he’d never met, how do you explain it without stretching the limit of rational thought.
To a jury I’d imagine the simplest answer is most probably the logical one.

Besides, saying “not my type” isn’t constrained to looks. Have you heard her speak? She certainly isn’t my type and I find her appearance (at that age) attractive.
