She answered no questions preferring instead to either nastily/viciously attack Trump or going into a well rehearsed narrative about something having absolutely nothing to do with the question.

So your first link is to a clip on X from “The Trump War Room” which is edited. And you second link is to a article that includes the same edited clip of the interview. Did she answer his question? Yes on the first part (that was not shown in the edited clips you provided) and no on the second part of his question.

the clip is not edited every word spoken on the tape was spoken by Harris and that is the exact quotes from beginning to the end of the tape. She did continue mouthing some crap that had nothing to do with the question. You can go view the entire interview.
No, she did not answer the question in any way. 50K tax credit for start up small business’ that none will ever see, and 25K tax credit for first time homeowners does not address bringing prices down.
