I see that term doesn’t meet your standards. What term would you use?
woman and female can be used interchangeably when referring to humans.
1 b : having a gender identity that is the opposite of male
1 a : an adult female person
a person’s internal sense of being male, female, some combination of male and female, or neither male nor female

7 a female person

For me it is not the male or female that wants to be referred to the other. In most cases you can tell what they want. It is the ones that don’t want to be referred to either. We can’t even say on the plane anymore “Welcome ladies and Gentlemen…” Anymore because someone complained about not being either. I have no idea what to call them. Being called an “it” was a put down when I grew up.

On what authority?
Well for what its worth I’m entertained by yours.
If you don’t know, just use “they”.
There’s always someone complaining about something.
Being called an “it” was a put down when I grew up.
It still is.
I’ve already answered. I’m not doing this with you again.

You can’t be honest now, can you. You can play games with gender, then you run into biology and it’s a problem.
What does the term “biological male” mean?

Welcome aboard, “they”.
Your making STODR’s case for him.
How about just “welcome on board”?

Because that is not very personal. That is like asking why greet them at all.
