Do you believe anything Bolton has written was accurate and truthful?
How much time should he spend there before that dark spot in our history is closed?
Having not read the book I can’t say but I won’t take anything he says as fact that cannot be corroborated anymore than I would any disgruntled employee looking to profit from their prior position.

We have outperformed those countries in every way that matters relative to this outbreak.
No country on the planet has tested as many people as we have and when total up the numbers of cases and deaths those nations dwarf the US in comparison.
Italy population 62m, 1/5 our population 238,011 cases, 34,561 dead.
UK, Population 64M, 1/5th our population, 301,815 confirmed cases (very limited testing though) 42,461 Dead.
France, 66.9m, 159,452 confirmed cases (again limited testing) and 29,651 dead.
Germany, 83m, 1/4 of our population. 190,891 confirmed cases 8,9871 dead.
We’ve substantially out performed all them individually and collectively when you adjust for population.

If Germany has a 1/4 of our population and we outperformed them then we should have comparable numbers of dead people.

We have states that have done far better than Germany as well and Germany is about the same size as a couple of US states combined.
The fact is when you add up the five Largest WEU countries and get close then to the total population of the US we’ve out performed them in every way possible.
So the attempt to block the books release has failed, as most thought it would after the president said it was all made up, so we will see it in book shops very soon.

Or Australia with around 1/14 of USA’s population would give the USA’s total number of deaths 1,428 if the USA had performed similarly to Australia thus far.
We keep testing more and more people and thus we get more and more positive tests, that’s not a difficult equation to understand.
Put the most vulnerable for serious/critical illness where they can be protected and we’ll be fine.
We know who they are and we know quarantine and Isolation work so keeping the rest of the state on lockdown and killing our economy is both stupid and insane.
