Have you read his book? Already?
This just keeps getting better. And will keep getting better.
“A speechwriter for former Defense Secretary James Mattis took to Twitter to say he “can confirm” a controversial claim in John Bolton’s bombshell book”
Never. When a Trumper stakes their claim as a supporter they have to defend it to the bitter end, no matter how wrong they demonstrably are otherwise it’s a sign of weakness. They possess many of the same social insecurities that Trump exhibits and is a great part why they identify with him so much. They are deathly afraid of being perceived as in error lest it shatter their sense of self worth.

When a neverTrumper stakes their claim as a detractor they have to believe every negative report to the bitter end, no matter how wrong they demonstrably are otherwise it’s a sign of weakness. They lack many of the social skills that Trump exhibits and is a great part why they envy him so much. They are deathly afraid of being perceived as in error lest it shatter their sense of self worth.
So now journalists are meant to be immune from prosecution for sedition merely because they are journalists. Did Trump say, “without a fair trial”?

All his professional life, Trump has yearned for acceptance and praise…from the New York elite…the New York press…the old wealth in coastal Florida.
This yearning has never gone away. His behavior is not new.
When he doesn’t get the acceptance, like a child he lashes out and pretends he didn’t want their praise anyway.
And it’s why he loves his rallies…they’re the only times he gets unqualified kudos.

Watching Hannity and Trump said Bolton ‘broke the law,’ said he inappropriately leaked classified information.
Did not specifically deny any of the allegations that Bolton has made.
This book is going hardcover for me, to hell with paperback.

I think that is an accurate assessment.
I would add in he doesn’t understand why he gets criticized so harshly for doing what he thinks others did before him.

It’s a “bombshell” that Trump thinks like more than 50% of the citizenry concerning fake news reporters? I guess some are shocked by having a President who represents and expresses the will of the people.
Isn’t that the same for a lot of rich guys that don’t come from “old money” who have either made it themselves or have had it gifted by a parent who was not considered “one of us darling” by the old money set?

I wouldn’t know John, but it makes sense.

Trump supporters love to prattle on about revering the flag and crying over the military for the sacrifices they made so we could be free. Then they want the President to act like a dictator.

Trump masterfully took over the Republican party by telling them they were pretty and channeled their frustration, anger into his personal gain and it worked.
There no longer is a Conservative party it does not exist anymore only Trumpism. A hollow shell established in victimhood, memes and dickery.

Trump needs to fire Pompeo ASAP!. He’s the leaker!
Daily Caller got a copy of the Bolton’s book.
On page 481, he basically says Mike Pompeo and Mick Mulvaney directed most of the leaks to the press, including stuff on Trump’s then-secret-turned-canceled meeting with the Taliban at Camp David.

Trump spoke of executing U.S. journalists who didn’t reveal sources for stories
According to excerpts provided to the Washington Post, Bolton detailed a July 2019 meeting with the president during which Trump complained bitterly about the media coverage he had received. Specifically, Trump railed against journalists who refused to reveal the sources for their stories, Bolton said. “These people should be executed,” Trump said in the meeting, according to Bolton. “They are scumbags.”

No ■■■■■ that’s why I quoted it.
Now, quote where I said violating the NDA itself is a crime.
Donald Trump’s proposed gift to Kim of a signed Elton John CD was an Elton John CD signed by Trump, not a CD signed by Elton John.
Trump though Elton John would be thrilled with the publicity the gift would bring.
It’s staggering, almost beyond comprehension narcissism.

Has he been indicted yet?

Some of it is philosophy.
Some of it is because he is so hamfisted when he does those things.
