Why do we need to create another giant bureaucracy and waste billions to deport illegals?

I agree, but no one with power is going to actually try to remove them in any meaningful number.

I’m more concerned with keeping them out in the first place.

That is the dumbest take i have ever heard. Do you know what deficit is?

If a ceo takes over a company making 1 million a year in profit and in 4 years the company is 2 million dollars in debt and now losing 1 million dollars a year would you say his performance is the same as a ceo that takes over a company losing 1 million a year and in 4 years the company is 2 million dollars in debt but is now profiting 1 million dollars a year do you think they both were just as good

the presidents performance with the deficit vs when they take office is what matters unless your goal is pushing some dumb partisan narrative

I agree. But that’s not what they want.

Going after those who commit crimes should be a no brainer (though apparently not for the majority of Democrats). That is the way to,start. I am still holding my breath waiting to see how comprehensive this “mass deportation” turns out to be. Will it continue into deporting large numbers of illegals who help companies do work on the cheap?
We shall see.

That alone justified the election, even if this “mass deportation” doesn’t live up to the hype.

Unfortunately, Trump will quickly run into LIBs filing lawsuits looking to impede any mass deportation efforts.

Stem the flow.

Deport the ones who get arrested for subsequent crimes, and 80% of the nation will not complain about that.

But start rounding up any illegal you find, and it will be like the dwarfs awakening the balrog when digging too deeply for mithril.

Have like 10% of the country being illegal is insane, either get them all out or make them legal.

Making them legal just invites more in the next time we get a Democrat as President. We tried a “final” Amnesty in the 1980s.

As I already said…I was talking about DEBT.
NOT once did I write “Deficit” anywhere.
And if he had the second term his Deficit would probably pay off in some other way.
Sometimes you have to SPEND money to come out ahead.

Then get them all out, or make it impossible for them to participate in society. Right now they are massively deflating wages while not paying taxes. Who is benefiting

How do you make it impossible for them to participate in society?

Begging for 175b more.

Tom Homan said, ‘I am begging you for money,’” Senate Budget Committee Chair Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., told reporters. “Russ Vought said that ‘we’re running out of money for [Immigration and Customs Enforcement]. We can’t rob other accounts any longer.’”

You enforce draconian penalties on businesses that hire them.

Agreed but as you see with many on the right here, they want to excuse businesses who employ illegals.

I have always said a zero tolerance approach should be taken with business and draconian fines imposed with the owners of the business, CEO or board of directors held personally responsible. They are quick to take credit for the success of a business but any failures or illegal practices they want to point fingers in other directions.

He’s not begging. Come on man.
