You libs should have thought about this before you all opened up our borders.
Exactly.
OMGâŚyou are truly naive to the reality around you. Wait until youâre fed how much waste took place under Biden. Itâs the largest amount in our nationâs history. Now if you remove the money spent during the Trump Administration to fight the negative impacts of COVID, it wouldnât be even close to as large as it was. Either way, I too HATE waste and totally stand against it.
That would be pointless, my point is Trump has no interest in actually solving the problem. He had 4 years and deported less illegals thn Obama while spending twice as much doing it. No one is risking 6 months in jail to employee an illegal, vast majority would line themselves up and leave if that was implemented but it would hurt trumps donors and buddies so no way it would be implemented.
It is not complicated, if no is willing to hire illegals in a year the only ones left will be the clear criminal element. Especially if we make it easy and beneficial for the illegals to leave.
But the trump way is to waste money of theater while expanding the size of gov.
When the massive deportations Trump has promised do not materialize the cultists will just make up crap to excuse Trump.
I find your whole argument to be disingenuous. What about these sanctuary cities harboring illegals? How much money are they wasting? Maybe if democrats didnt try to stop all efforts of halting this problem we wouldnt have to be talking about this scale of problem to begin with
The whole infrastructure needed to mass deport people in the way so many on the right imagine is going to happen will run into billions.
Keeping them here runs into hundreds of billions.
Your airline argument falls flat when one realizes those same airlines flew many of them in here.
That would be pointless, my point is Trump has no interest in actually solving the problem. He had 4 years and deported less illegals thn Obama while spending twice as much doing it.
I love posting the following chart.
The telling piece is the number of apprehensions between 2011 and 2020. Notice the dramatic down tick in 2020, the last year of Trumpâs presidency. Now look what happened under Biden. Yes, there were more Title 42 expulsions, because the number of border crossings increased exponentially.
I guess I need some clarification from the OPâŚ
What new agency is being created?
We already have ICE and the Border Patrol, in place ready to do the jobs they were originally supposed to doâŚas opposed to what theyâve been stick with while the border has been overrun the last four years âŚ
Taking steps to get people to stop employing illegalsâŚsure totally agree.
But we already spending a couple hundred billion a year on the mess we have now. If it costs a little extra or new people need to be hired then we can re purpose some DOGE waste fraud and abuse.
As far as Tom Homan is concerned that man has forgotten more about border security than most of us will ever know.
This is not going to be an easy projectâŚthatâs what happens when you have failures like the Biden bunch spending four years destroying the southern border.
Now someone is going to have to fix the mess theyâve made and it ainât gonna be either cheap or easy.
Amen!
The libs like to think or pretend we arenât out a ton of money with them staying here.
Plus donât like to talk about the thousands of murders and rapes being committed by some of them that wouldnât be happening if these people were on the other side of the border.
No one is risking 6 months in jail to employee an illegal, vast majority would line themselves up and leave if that was implemented but it would hurt trumps donors and buddies so no way it would be implemented.
Thatâs because the law isnât being enforced.
You do realize that Trump hasnât been in office for 4 years. If Biden wanted to, he could have told his DOJ to begin enforcing the law.
itâd be much cheaper to approach the illegal immigration problem from the employer side but neither party wants to offend business interests so thatâs never happening. Enact some laws clawing back percentage of revenue for offenses and invest more into E-verify. Europe has no problem fining Big Tech and they quickly get in line.
How about we do both.
Deport and hit employers that are hiring to pay less in wages.
When the massive deportations Trump has promised do not materialize the cultists will just make up crap to excuse Trump.
Trump isnât in office yet. Once he is, Iâm expecting we will see some swift action.
No matter what we do this is going to cost a fortune to fix in any way we choose because the US as a whole ignored the issue for forever. Thatâs the costs of ignoring issues for decades on end.
You libs should have thought about this before you all opened up our borders.

How is a city going to prevent jailing people who hire illegals by the fed gov? By that logic deportation wont work anyway if a city is going protect illegals.
You think companies and people will risk hiring illegals after it becomes clear people are going to prison and getting felony convictions for it? That is insane.
You think the dem base is going to care about ceos going to jail?![]()
He will do what is directly applicable to the executive branch really quickly.
Some of the big stuff will take congressâs involvement, however. And thatâs left to be seen if he can build a coalition for a national project. Which is what this will be.
Itâs no different than Apollo, or the Manhattan Project.
Glad you find it funny libâŚ
Everyone has some guilt here. The left has always been bleeding hearts and blaming America for why Latin America is how it is so we have to do right by them. And the Right only cared about the business interest side of the issue who wanted the cheap labor.
Both sides failed. And now America will have to launch a national Apollo sized project to possibly fix it and make it right.

Why would felony convictions, massive fines and a min 6 month in prison for anyone who hires illegals cost money.
If they can not work vast majority will turn themselves in for the free trip home so they dont starve
Because that doesnât get rid of the existing problem. It only fixes the future problem.
Itâs a good first step. But more will be required. Especially since the American people are demanding visible results over it now.
