Last I remember was in GW Bush’s term. I am talking about rounding up illegals in companies expected to be exploiting them. I fully agree more needs to be done to go after companies that make it a policy to hire illegals.
You can get the same info from plenty of other sources, but you do you. It’s not intelligent to make more work for yourself vs using readily available tools.
Actually, the response @Smyrna gave you was a reply in which you said we need immigration laws that work.
This thread is calling out the drastic change in immigration flow at the southern border without a single new law. Now we’re implementing existing law. And the flow has dwindled to low single digits as a percentage of what we were getting just a year ago.
And that’s just the beginning of implementing change.
I’m with you about holding employers accountable as well. It doesn’t all get done in the first day, after all.
And the job I want Congress to do here is to allocate whatever funding it takes to build the wall.
