That’s an easy answer. China is rapidly expanding it’s empire and influence. Growing their economy at our expense. Increasing it’s human rights abuses and slave labor. Killing hundreds of thousands of us and shutting down our economy with a virus unleashed by China and continuing to operate it’s concentration and forced labor camps. The U.N, the world and the U.S. have respond by making excuses and sucking up to China at every opportunity.
In the mean time what are we obsessed with? Transgender bathrooms, Systemic racism than nobody can define much less find, teaching racial division and tearing down statues. That’s the ■■■■ we think is important right now? We are truly dumbasses to chose these priorities. With those being our current top priorities you can damn well bet, China is laughing their asses off at how easy we can be distracted from the real issue of Chinese world dominance. This is the moment we destroyed ourselves from within as Khrushchev predicted.

Why would anyone be mad at China for unleashing their ethnic bio weapons? Ho hum.
So the laughing at US just started after Jan 20? or do we start caring now when countries laugh at us.
You agree this should be the focus right now?

What should we demand from them regarding Covid? Anything?
We should stop all trade with them as soon as possible. As well as with any company that does business with them. They are using the market to rule us.

We can’t do that while us and the world is sucking up to them. So there’s that.
Wait. Who is obsessed with these issues again?

What should we demand from China regarding Covid? Anything?
Correct. American wokies are paying the rent. Sometimes with their lives.
What should we demand from China regarding Covid? Anything?
Progressives have been willing to sell us out to the ChiComs since at least the days of Charlie Trie, if not before.
Also, Nixon started this mess.

Beijing is barely outrunning the physics of desertification; it’s going to lose its own population imbalance conflict. It couldn’t hold Vietnam, never mind have an empire, but please do keep whimbling about belts and roads like it’s anything but an attempt to stay pacier than entropy.

Actually, he didn’t, he opened talk, it was Carter who opened trade.
What should we demand from China regarding Covid? Anything?
Probably.
Well, maybe not next, but soon.
And it was Clinton that championed their entry into the WTO. I was on support of that at the time, but realize now it was a mistake.
Camel got its nose in the tent door under him.
Yep, our political classes have been derping in the ChiCom’s general direction for far too long.
