No need to test: Everybody.
This thread began with a false premise.

No one said. Everybody.
Thereâs your false premise.
Only people with the right symptoms need to be tested of course. Only about two percent of them have the virus in question, the rest have the flu.

I knew it!
Everybody needs to self quarantine. No need for testing to do it.
No, itâs not. The false premise is in the title.

Et tu huevo bueno? It was a colon, not a comma.
Yes, everyone should exercise self-care and avoid unnecessary travel. Breakthrough observation.
The government should be, and should have been from the start, going balls out with testing to identify, as early as possible, critical areas in which to focus care and mitigation.
I gave the benefit of the doubt, as itâs not crystal clear.

No, self-quarantine. Not some half-assed âavoidâ.
Test today, sick tomorrow. Nature of the virus.

What could be more clear than a colon?
You said the OP started with a false premise. I assume you meant that in relations to testing EVERYBODY. He doesnât state that. Guess I misinterpreted what you were referring to.

â The patient from Nelson County is a 53-year-old man who tested positive at the University of Louisville, then left against medical advice, Beshear said. The Lincoln Trail District Health Department asked him to self-quarantine, but he refused.
A law enforcement officer has been posted outside the manâs home, Beshear said.â
Not voluntary then. Interesting.
I donât know, still trying to find out more info on it.
I do see martial law coming in at least some areas.
âOurâ government had to figure out who was going to profit from this. Follow the money.
