Ya?

The Pentagon, however, has remained steadfast in its insistence that there’s no cause for concern.

In May, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin asserted that the U.S. military would not go below its readiness requirements after being pressed by Senate lawmakers over how it would replenish munitions being sent overseas.

“It’s very critical to ensure that we maintain what we consider to be our minimum required stockage levels, and you can rest assured that I will not allow us to go below that in critical munitions,” Austin told Senate lawmakers at the time.

And just this week, Defense Department press secretary Big. Gen. Pat Ryder brushed off questions over the numbers of munitions being expended in Ukraine and what it means for U.S. stockpiles in the event of another conflict, telling reporters the U.S. military won’t “do anything that’s going to affect our readiness or our ability to meet our national security requirements.”

You might want to mention that.

That’s a deep cut.

I thought that was apparent but…ok…

Austin is a clown. And the press secretary? What do you expect them to say?

I think “from your link” works just as well.

Dude…boring…

It would be great if you were at least honest about why you don’t want us involved in defending Ukraine. Its not about the money since you are okay with trillions spent warmongering. Why don’t you support the defense of Ukraine for real?

It’s none of our business. No national security interest.

I understand.

Mmmm- there’s more. Come on.

Sure.
We got run out of A-stan less than a year before getting mired in this muck.

The US military is in a state of complete disarray.

That’s 3.

Yeah…why don’t you tell me.

To be fair, they already have Belarus and Kazakhstan. And have had them for two decades now. Their governments do whatever the Russians tell them to.

Just wanted to point that out.

My statement contained no judgements about Europe or Europeans. I merely suggested that if Putin prevails, we won’t be paying to restore Ukraine.
