I’m not a person for whom contentment comes easy, particularly in terms of where I live.
I suspect I’ll move along soon.

We’ve passed all the thresholds for a ten foot sea level rise. We are likely locked in for twenty.
Without a mountain in sight.
That’s the second-worst part - the lack of terrain. Right behind the humidity.
The highest elevated point in Florida south of Orlando is a landfill.
Literally, a big pile of garbage is the tallest mountain.

As you should. Contentment comes from within. Environment helps but only so much.

I’m okay with desolation. Sea desolation. Ice. Even the gulf edge of the bayou.
But Florida, back on mainland, was tediously flat.

But they aren’t communicable nor are they common do there is little need for a bar to do anything. What do they gain by barring admittance to someone with cancer? Nothing. Barring a potential Covid carrier? Something.
Global warming speak for your seas are going to rise to ass level in what is it now? 8 years? 7 years? We’ve already gone past Gore’s predictions and we have moved on to the climate expert AOC to spread the word and do the calculations.

Is that what that means? We’ll be underwater and shark infested?
What is next? All of the people moving here will tip Florida over?

Don’t be dense.
There are plenty of communicable bacterial and viral infections.
Well, I’m not sure. Let’s ask a liberal Congresscritter. They know all.
But aren’t common, right?
No they’re not. They’re capitalizing on an angle that could get them more money while fear is still fresh in a lot of people’s minds. They couldn’t give a ■■■■ about their patrons. Hell, if I owned a bar, I would do it in a heartbeat to get the extra business while it lasts. The second it backfires, I’d end it.
It’s a short term gimmick to make more money. You’ll realize this in a few months when no one is continuing this practice. Once the money runs out, you’re on your own.
have you had covid recently, cause i mean… damn
